Party donations are an important part of politics. They are an important indicator of political support. We try to present this data clearly and comprehensibly.
The data used here is sourced from Kammarkollegiet, the official Swedish government registry for party financing. To provide an accurate picture of pure private and grassroots support (reported in SEK), this aggregate includes direct contributions documented under Category 4 ("Insamling av kontanter") and Category 5 ("Bidrag"). Internal party transfers, state subsidies, and lottery revenues have been specifically excluded to prevent double-counting and to accurately isolate external donations. All data is grouped by political party affiliation ("Partitillhörighet").
Due to national regulations, Sweden does not publish the identities of individual political donors. Consequently, we do not displays audited total aggregate amounts per party rather than individual transaction records. Features like "Top Donors" or "Donor Search" are disabled for this region.
